The story

A first run is a promise both ways.

It started with another can.

We couldn’t have told you what was in it, or what any of it was for.

So we made one rule. If we couldn’t say what an ingredient was for, we had to ask about it.

A custom formula, built for us and worked out with a contract manufacturer. We read the draft formula and sent the manufacturer questions about five of the other ingredients. Three things in it we can name today: vitamin B12, zinc and CoQ10. The exact form of each is on the ingredients page.

The result is a first run, reserved before it exists. You pay only when it is confirmed, so you never fund a batch that doesn’t happen.

Risks and challenges

What could go wrong, said plainly.

  • The formula is still being finished. The amounts and the other ingredients are being settled with the manufacturer. If that changes what you backed, you hear before you pay.
  • First runs slip. Manufacturing dates move. We’ll give a date only when the manufacturer gives us one, and we won’t guess before that.

Is this Kickstarter?
No. Kickstarter doesn’t host energy products, so the campaign runs on our own site with the same rules: back a tier, pay when the run is confirmed.
When am I charged?
Not today. When the first run is confirmed we email you a payment link with the final amount. Nothing is charged until you complete it.
What if the run doesn’t happen?
Then nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. A reservation is only a reservation.
Can I change or cancel my pledge?
Yes. Back a different tier with the same email and it updates; reply to any of our emails to cancel. Nothing is locked until you pay.
What if I don’t like it?
You have 66 days to change your mind. Email us your order number any time in that window and we refund it.
