There’s no secret in this tub. Here’s how it came together, and what we still owe you.
Where it started
We wanted to explain every line.
The rule was simple. If we couldn’t say out loud what an ingredient was doing in there, we had to ask about it.
Three things we know are in it: vitamin B12, zinc and CoQ10. The exact form of each is on the ingredients page.
The question we asked

A custom formula, built for us and worked out with a contract manufacturer. We read the draft formula and sent the manufacturer questions about five of the other ingredients. What’s this for? Do we need it? What would go in its place?

Why the guarantee runs 66 days.
Behavior research (Lally et al., UCL) put the average new habit at about 66 days to become automatic. The guarantee is sized to the habit, not to the first week. That’s a finding about habits, not a claim about this product.
