There’s nothing to read here yet. Instead, here are the rules for what goes up and what doesn’t. We wrote them now, before there’s a bad review to write them around.

Nobody has bought this yet, so nobody has reviewed it. When someone does, a person reads it before it goes up, and harsh ones go up too. If the writer has any connection to us, we say so right next to their words.
Individual results vary. Reviews reflect the experience of the person who wrote them.
Policy
What goes up, and what doesn’t

A rating has to be earned.
Only a review tied to a real order will count toward one. Until those exist, there is no rating on this site at all.

We say who is close to us.
Friends, family, staff and anyone who got it free get a label saying so, right next to their words. They never count toward a rating.

Nothing that reads as a medical claim.
A review can say what using it was like. If it reads like a medical claim, it doesn’t go up.

Experiences, not results.
Someone can tell you what it was like to use. Numbers, timelines and measured outcomes stay off, because we can’t yet say what a typical buyer should expect.

Bad reviews stay up.
Nothing comes down for being harsh or low-rated. What does come down: medical claims, stated results or timelines, personal details, and anything that isn’t about the product.
