   Every batch will be checked for microbes. Those results go up, lot by lot.

There are no dates above because we don’t have any. Each line fills in when the thing it describes exists. There are no heavy-metal certificates yet either. Until there are, “tested” on this site means the check for microbes, and nothing more.
